Community

Our mission is to enhance the wellbeing of individuals, workplaces, and communities. We achieve this by reinvesting profits from our corporate training programs into providing affordable or free wellbeing services for the community.

Wellbeing in Schools

Over the past two years, we have delivered a range of wellbeing initiatives at The Friars Primary School and St. Philip’s C of E Primary School, including football and wellbeing sessions for Year 6 pupils, Storytime Yoga for Reception classes, wellbeing workshops for teachers, and Youth Connect 5 – a five-session confidence-building programme for Year 6 students.

Healthy Walks
Tailored walks for your group

Over the past few years, we’ve proudly delivered free and inclusive health walks for the Lower Broughton community, creating opportunities for residents to connect through foraging, exploring local wildlife, and practicing mindfulness together.
