Connect 5 training is suitable for anyone wanting to help clients, customers, service-users, friends or family improve their mental health and wellbeing.

The course consists of one, two or three separate half-day online sessions.

The course is based on two evidenced-based models for understanding stress and distress and supporting wellbeing – The Cognitive Behavioural & 5 Ways to Wellbeing Models.

Each session builds on the previous one – you choose how far you work through the programme. Certificates of Attendance are offered at the end of each session.

Prices:

3rd sector staff and self-payers – £27 /person/session
Public sector staff – £37 /person/session

Session 1

Understanding Mental Health

Firstly, we focus on one-off conversations: Helping someone better understand mental health, mental wellbeing & mental illness.

Session 2

Supporting Others

The second session focuses on longer conversations: Supporting someone to find ways to help themselves.

Session 3

Long-Term Support

Here we focus on ongoing conversations: Supporting someone to improve their mental health and resilience over time.
