Service Description

Walking is amazing for both mental and physical health. It is a form of exercise that most people can take part in. Walking is an excellent way of clearing the mind and finding answers when we feel stuck in life. Our walks can be tailored for the purposes of your group. They can be pitched at any ability and adapted for different purposes such as increased fitness and mobility or have a focus on mindful walking, giving opportunity to notice our surroundings and what is happening for you and often allowing space for answers and solutions to surface. Walks can take from 30 minutes to a whole day. They can be held in a local park, around the streets or they can take place in some of the amazing countryside surrounding our area.
